SALT LAKE CITY (AP) - Utah officials say a 13th bald eagle has died from similar symptoms as other birds in central-northern Utah.
Wildlife officials say a young female eagle died Saturday near Centerville and displayed the same head tremors that other birds displayed.
Utah officials say they suspect all the eagles have died from the same cause but they haven't diagnosed the mystery illness.
The Salt Lake Tribune reports that results of tests trying to discover the cause are not expected until after Christmas.
The dying birds have all been discovered since the beginning of December and were found in five different counties: Davis, Weber, Box Elder, Tooele and Utah.
