DENVER - Now that you've unwrapped all of your holiday gifts, this weekend is the perfect time to box up all of the things you're not using anymore.
Goodwill hopes you'll consider donating what's "as good as new" or has only been gently used. This year, they really need coats.
The charity expects Monday, Dec. 30 and Tuesday, Dec. 31 to be their busiest donation days this year. They've even nicknamed them "Procrastinator's Delight" because it gives you one last chance to get year-end tax credits.
Financial expert Bruce Allen say whether its items or money, its important to get receipts for anything you donate to charity.
