JEFFERSON COUNTY - Jefferson County Sheriff's officials hope someone will be able to identify two men who used a Mace-like spray to steal two iPhones from a Verizon store in south Jefferson County Sunday afternoon. The men took off after one of them started spraying a chemical from a large canister at employees who tried to confront them.

Paramedics treated 21 employees and customers at the Verizon store on West Cross Drive near South Wadsworth Boulevard for symptoms associated with exposure to a pepper spray substance.

The suspects took off in a black 4-door Honda sedan.
Both are described as Hispanic, in their early 20s. One is 5'9" with a thin build, spiked black hair, wearing a dark jacket and blue jeans.

The other is described as 5'11", 150 lbs., wearing a black beanie hat, black jacket, red T-shirt and blue jeans.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office tip line at 303-271-5612.
