Police seek man in a string of armed robberies

AURORA - Aurora police are looking for armed robber who has hit several convenience stores along East Mississippi Avenue.

The robberies occurred in the evening hours between Dec. 14 and Jan. 8. Police say the man brought his own black bag to the store for the clerks to fill with money.

Police believe a woman and an SUV seen on surveillance video may be connected to the string of robberies.

The robber is described as a black male, 20-30 years old, 5'5", 130-150 lbs., wears a black ski mask, armed with a small black handgun.
