KUSA - Guard Spence Dinwiddie's left knee buckled as he was driving to the hoop - it was a non-contact play - against Washington Sunday afternoon. He immediately went down to the floor and looked to be in serious pain.
He did not return to the game and there is no further update on the status of the injury.
"My gut is that it's not good, but we'll see," head coach Tad Boyle said of the possible seriousness of Dinwiddie's injury.
Colorado was leading 25-22 at that point of the game, but after their leader went down they played poorly and were upset up the Huskies. Washington won 71-54.
