EAGLE COUNTY - The Eagle County Sheriff's Office released it's report Wednesday on the avalanche that killed the grandson of Vail's founder.

Tony seibert was the last of four skiing down the East Vail Chutes when the snow broke loose, according to the report. It swept all four off their feet.

One survivor said she cartwheeled at least 15 times and fell over a cliff.

Seibert's friends found him unconscious and his helmet cracked and dented. One of his three friends broke a leg; the others were not hurt.
