LOS ANGELES - Amongst all the glamour of a typical Hollywood award show, one woman from Denver stole the show.
Broncos fan Madelene Sabol showed up at the Screen Actors Guild Awards Saturday in a full head-to-toe Broncos gown.
"When I arrived all the fans started cheering me on and were taking pictures of me as if I was a celebrity," Sabol said.
She has been a part of the SAG Association for years and was one of the lucky non-celebrities chosen to attend the award show Saturday night. You may recognize Sabol from a few local commercials.
While searching for Broncos fabric at Walmart, she ran into gown designer Kingsley Nti. He recently started a local business in Aurora and wanted to create a gown, hat, and purse for her with the orange and blue themed fabric.
At the event, she was stunned by the positive cheers and attention she received from stars including, Jeremy Irons, Rita Moreno, Lupita Nyong'o. Even entire casts including Modern Family and The Big Bang Theory were fans of her blue and orange look.
Even a San Diego Chargers player took a picture of her.
