ENGLEWOOD - The corporate offices of Sports Authority in Englewood was evacuated Monday after a bomb threat was called in.
Police say just before 4 p.m., someone called in, saying they were going to blow up the building, located 1050 W. Hampden Ave., in 30 minutes.
Englewood police officers evacuated both the building at 1050 W. Hampden Ave. as well as the second building at 1090 W. Hampden Ave.
Once both buildings were fully evacuated, Englewood Police and Sports Authority Corporate Security conducted an initial sweep of both buildings for suspicious packages or devices. None were located.
Sports Authority Corporate Offices were back to normal business operations at 7:37 p.m.
