KUSA - A lot of football players dream of playing in the Super Bowl. Generous Broncos guard Zane Beadles just accomplished his dream nearly two weeks before the Broncos met the Seahawks - going on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show'.
"You're a very philanthropic guy. You just imagine someone like you, a big tough guy and instead you're as sweet as can be," the television show host said after the common dance entrance on her show. The Zane Beadles Parade Foundation raises money for children that are facing unfortunate situations.
Beadles made the trip to Ellen's set in Los Angeles on his final off day before preparation begins for the Super Bowl a week from Sunday.
The guard laughed with Ellen about position on the field - joking that he basically ran into people all day - and what it's like to recover during such a grueling season. The charitable talk-show host gave Beadles' foundation $10-thousand and Beadles himself special pair of orange undies.
They read 'Ellen's got my blindside covered' and he assure her he would wear them on February 2 in MetLife Stadium.
