New York City has more than 250 workers who line the streets ready to answer questions. They wear yellow shirts that say, "How can I help you?"

They work 12-hour shifts and are asked all sorts of questions.

"Where's the concerts, mainly the directions and they are just excited for Wednesday," said worker Michael Braxton.

With all the fine and upscale restaurants in New York City, Braxton says people want to find the nearest McDonalds.

Bontie Rodriguez is there to help people in Times Square with any questions. He's had tourists in Times Square ask him to point them in the direction of Times Square.

Rodriguez says some people are just truly confused.
