FOUNTAIN, Colo. (AP) - A Colorado Springs-area high school student has been detained after bringing a weapon to school.
Lewis-Palmer High School in Monument was locked down for about three hours Wednesday morning because of the incident. El Paso County Sheriff's Office spokesman Lt. Jeff Kramer told The Gazette that investigators lifted the lockdown after determining no one else was involved.
