Woman arrested after man is hit by two cars

GREELEY - A 24-year-old man is fighting for his life at St. Anthony's Hospital after being hit by two cars in Greeley.

Police say one of the drivers, who hit Zachary Ferguson, was drunk. He was hit just after 2:30 a.m. Thursday while walking along Eighth Avenue near the intersection of 20th Street.

Police say the first driver, who hit Ferguson, is 21-year-old Natasha Grimaldo. She is a student at the University of Northern Colorado and now faces charges of DUI and vehicular assault.

Police say she hit Ferguson with such force it threw him into the second car. The second driver has not been charged.
