Fox, who signed a four-year contract worth $14 million in 2010, stands to make a $1 million bonus win a win, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Fox likely will get a contract extension in the offseason.
In his first three seasons, he has three AFC conference titles and a 34-14 in the regular season (3-2 in the playoffs). He is 107-85 in 12 seasons as a head coach (nine in Carolina).
