LOUISVILLE - An even larger crowd showed up Thursday evening for the second public meeting over plans privatize express lanes on U.S. 36 between Boulder and Denver.
Dozens of people lined up to ask questions and speak their minds at the forum in Louisville.
It was originally set to take place at the city's recreation center but was moved for a former Sam's Club to accommodate the larger crowd.
The Colorado Department of Transportation has said it's too late to back out of the deal with Plenary Roads without seriously hurting its ability to pay for the new lanes.
