DENVER - A Denver couple accused using a massage parlor as a house of prostitution were formally charged by the Denver District Attorney's Office Friday.
Joshua Billingslea, 33, and Diana Billingslea, 29, were charged with five counts of human trafficking, one count of pimping, pandering and keeping a place of prostitution.
According to the charges, the couples "leased" women for prostitution purposes.
Both were released on a $25,000 bond. They are to be advised of their charges February 27.
