A stabbing in Eagle County early Sunday left a man wounded and a suspect in custody.
Sheriff's deputies were called to the Tarnes employee housing unit at 116 Bachelor Gulch in Beaver Creek at 12:30 a.m.
When they arrived on scene, they found a 24-year-old man who had suffered a stab wound to his back.
He was treated at a hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
Witnesses held down the suspect, Chase Allen Speegle, 19, until authorities arrived.
Witnesses told deputies the suspect and his girlfriend came to a party at the complex, telling witnesses they'd just arrived from Washington State.
Speegle was showing off a backpack containing a large quantity of cocaine, MDMA and LSD, according to witness statements to deputies.
The couple was asked to leave but came back and started an argument that led to Speegle stabbing a man with a 7-inch knife, investigators said.
Speegle was arrested and charged with felony assault with a deadly weapon and other charges.
He was behind bars Sunday on $7,500 bond.
His girlfriend was also arrested.
Deputies are still trying to find the drugs from the incident.
