The North Metro Drug Task Force raided a home near East 160th Avenue and Ulster Street.
Investigators say they raided the same property a few years ago for explosives. They say the main suspect in the raid was not on the property when officers arrived, but police talked to him over the phone.
Police believe the property was being used as a processing and grow operation. They found many marijuana plants in hiding places and under trap doors. In some of the out-buildings, marijuana was found hidden in the rafters.
Commerce City SWAT and Adams County SWAT assisted with the raid due to the size of the property.
