Rachel Zerowin with the Breckenridge Resort Chamber says despite a low snow year, so far business is actually looking good and much better than at other resorts.
"We are setting up for some good things here," Zerowin said. "Breckenridge is pacing above the aggregate in terms of lodging this weekend."
It's all thanks to the Dew Tour, an event that last year brought more than 35,000 people to Breckenridge. This year, even more are expected.
"We are seen all over the world," Kristen Stewart, with Breckinridge Resorts, said. "It's crazy the kind of reach this event has."
The big bonus: snow is being forecasted twice during the event.
"We are going to show the world snow in Colorado," Stewart said.
