KUSA - Colorado authorities are cracking down on people trying to get around the law when it comes to selling marijuana.
Detectives with the Douglas County Pattern Crime Unit arrested 22-year-old Andrew Walton for allegedly handing over 3.5 ounces of marijuana to undercover officers.
The officers had arranged for the delivery after answering a Craigslist ad offering to deliver marijuana for a "donation."
Walton posted $1,500 bond.
He faces a felony charge of distribution with a prior conviction.
Amendment 64 authorizes possession of marijuana but there is no law authorizing the distribution, or sale of marijuana, with the exception medical marijuana.
