GREELEY - Police in Greeley are looking for the driver who hit a man riding his bike to the school where he works.

Richard Ziegler, 62, was hit at 58th Avenue and 18th Street Thursday morning just after 6:40 a.m. He was on his way to Frontier Academy, where he's a tutor.

He's in critical condition. The driver never stopped.

The vehicle is believed to be a dark colored Chevy Cavalier - or similar sedan - with tinted windows, possibly with a spoiler on the back.

Police are looking for anyone with video equipment in that area to give them a call. They also want to talk to the driver of a white pickup that was seen in the area at the time who may have helpful information.
