DENVER - One of the men charged in connection to a robbery and kidnapping at a Denver Radio Shack pleaded guilty Friday to robbery and first-degree assault.
Taveaun Williams, 20, faces up to 30 years in prison when he is sentenced on July 11.
Williams and Michael Annan, 23, are accused of holding an employee hostage while robbing a Denver Radio Shack. They also allegedly shot at police officers during a six-hour standoff.
Annan faces one count of second-degree kidnapping, one count of aggravated robbery, 11 counts of attempted first-degree murder, 11 counts of first-degree assault and numerous counts of crime of violence.
He is scheduled to go to trial in October.
