ASPEN, Colo. (AP) - A former Aspen yoga instructor convicted of groping students during his classes has been ordered to serve a two-month sentence in the county jail.
A jury in 2010 found Steven Roger guilty of two counts of unlawful sexual contact and he must now register as a sex offender.
Roger's appeal of the conviction was denied by a district court judge and he was ordered Tuesday to report to jail by July 18.
According to the Aspen Daily News, two women testified at Roger's trial that he slipped his hand under their pants and inappropriately touched them while he helped to adjust their yoga poses.
