LAKEWOOD - Lakewood police are looking for a man who robbed a Best Buy at gunpoint Monday. The man made off with a basket full of iPads.

It happened at the Belmar Best Buy at 384 South Wadsworth Boulevard in Lakewood.

Police say the sharply dressed man, holding a basket, approached a clerk and told the clerk he needed two iPads for a party.

The clerk was opening a cage where iPads are kept when the man pulled a handgun and told the clerk "It's going to get messy if you don't do what I say."

The man then fled the store with an unknown amount of iPads in the basket.

The perpetrator is described as a Hispanic male in his late 20s to mid 30s. He is 5`10" to 6`00" and weighs 170 to 180 pounds. He has short dark hair.

He was driving a dark-colored Jeep Grand Cherokee with big silver wheels.
