KUSA - U.S. News and World Report released its annual rankings of the top universities in the country.

The same schools we're used to seeing at the top, like Princeton, Harvard and Yale, but it was under a new formula.

This year's rankings focused less on how many people are admitted and more on whether students graduated.

Two Colorado colleges are among the top 100 in the country. The University of Colorado-Boulder was ranked highest, coming in at No. 86.

It was followed closely by the Colorado School of Mines and University of Denver.

Colorado State University in Fort Collins was at No. 121, and CU-Denver snuck in at 190.
