AURORA - Jeff Eshbaugh, 48, was running near his home in Aurora when he collapsed after having a massive heart attack.

Larry Black, 43, was driving when he saw Eshbaugh lying on the ground. He pulled over to see if he could help.

Two bystanders called 911 while Black did CPR until EMS arrived.

Eshbaugh is recovering from his severe heart blockage. Without Black's actions, he may not have survived.

Eshbaugh and Black met for the first time on Thursday morning at Parker Adventist Hospital.
