NEW YORK - A scientific study released information saying working out a little less may benefit you more.
Published in Exercise and Science in Sports & Medicine, the research suggests taking a more leisurely approach to scheduling workouts may be more beneficial than hitting the gym daily.
The University of Alabama researched focused on sedentary women between age 60 and 74. They divided them into three groups: One worked out two times a week, one worked out four times a week and the last one worked out six times a week.
