Kaleidoscope Corner is a licensed before and after-school program offered at 39 elementary school sites throughout the district. This program serves children five to 12 years of age, who are enrolled in Denver Public Schools. Children choose from a variety of activities including assistance with homework, science projects, arts and crafts, character building, dramatic play and recreational games. Children are served a healthy snack each day.

Fit Fun is a licensed after-school program offered at nine schools in the district. This program serves children five to 12 years of age who are enrolled in Denver Public Schools. The focus of this program is on physical fitness, nutrition, math, literacy and assistance with homework. Children are involved in creative activities and are served a healthy snack each day.

Both programs are subject to the Colorado Department of Human Services Child Care Division's personnel licensing regulations. These requirements dictate specific educational, experience and age requirements for the positions in our before and after school programs.
