This position provides case management for American Indian adults who are homeless, including those with disabilities and suffering from drug and alcohol addiction and mental illness.
Candidates for this job should have experience and interest in working with American Indian/Alaskan Native persons and experience and interest in working with disenfranchised persons.
You will assist clients with needs related to health, mental health, substance abuse, housing and benefits.
You will provide ongoing individualized support to your clients, evaluating their needs through regular contact and crisis intervention when necessary.
