This position is responsible for identifying prospective candidates and recruiting for all active clinical trials to ensure an adequate, qualified supply of research subjects.
You must have problem solving skills, planning and organization skills, exceptional customer service skills and, above all, an empathy for patients suffering from chronic kidney failure.
You will recruit qualified candidates for each study, maintain patient contact and follow up and participate in continuing education and enhancement of recruitment skills, which would include both knowledge of medicines, illnesses and an understanding of the processes involved in clinical research.
Candidates with an Associates of Bachelor's Degree are preferred.
