Sam Dietz scored the first goal just 2-minutes into the game and Gary Seville added two more for the victory.

In Class 4A, Niwot needed overtime but got the game winner from Santiago Velez in the 89th minute to defeat Rock Canyon 1-0. 

In Class 3A, the Colorado Springs Christian Lions beat third-seeded Denver Christian 3-1 on Tuesday night to capture the Class 3A State Championship. Defender Chad Edmundson scored 2 goals in the first ten minutes to help the Lions to the win.
