In honor of the sweet heart holiday, Fitness For Living offered a free  community Couple's Boot Camp class where participants learned fun and unique partner exercises that they can do together at home.

According to the fitness facility, couples learned to literally support each other during partner pushups, they tossed medicine balls while performing couple's crunches and whooped and cheered encouragement during the relay race. Participants also walked away with a cheat sheet listing all the exercises so they can continue to share health, fitness and fun together at home.

The class was offered Feb. 11. But on Valentine's Day, David and his team stopped by 9NEWS to put our team to the test. Watch the attached video to see how Susie Wargin, Amelia Earhart, TaRhonda Thomas, Becky Ditchfield and Gary Shapiro have what it takes.
