They work just like any other media outlet: Chris stands behind and in front of the camera, Gray scribbles away on his notepad, and Stuart fills in all the blanks.

However, unlike the rest of the media, Broncos TV never leaves the building.

"We're here at Dove Valley every day," says Chris Hall, the team's Media Manager. "We are essentially, at its core, an in-house media department that covers the team for the team."

The web based television station gives fans a chance to check out Broncos stories and highlights whenever they want. But their content isn't just handed over. The department has to work for stories and relationships just like anyone else.

Although sometimes it does help to be in the same building.

"We're right down the hall from John Elway's office and Coach Fox's office," says Chris. "We work with PR, who's right next door to us, and with their help and with the trust we've gained down the hall, we think we have an advantage at times we can use to say 'Hey look, this is what's really going on'."

They say its fun job, between moments of stress and deadlines, but it can be misunderstood.

"We're building these relationships with the players to tell the story," explains Gray Caldwell, Editor of DenverBroncos.com. "It's not like we're just hanging out with football players all day and it's just some cushy job (where) every now and then I hold a microphone."

"It's a job and we're here to do that job and to get news out to fans. Every fan that goes to DenverBroncos.com (knows) it's the official site and we take that seriously."
