KUSA - Blind Adventurer Erik Weihenmayer truly believes there are no barriers.  He was the first blind person to summit Everest and has climbed countless mountains since.

Erik also knows climbing mountains isn't for everyone.  In fact life can be so challenging for some, just getting out of the house is a barrier.

No Barriers USA is a nonprofit organization established with the mindset that authentic immersion experiences push individuals outside of their comfort zones, challenging them intellectually, emotionally or physically.   The No Barriers Summit, taking place in Telluride August 8-11, will offer an adventure and arts festival rooted in overcoming barriers for people facing any significant life challenges.

Registration includes entrance to all Summit events, participation in five clinics, dinner on Thursday and Friday evening, plus sack lunches with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday clinics. For additional information on the No Barriers Summit, visit www.nobarriersusa.org/summit.
